JOY

Joy that springs from deep within shines forth to all we meet
Just like a mirror reflects light, come smiles from those you greet.
Love, the source of every joy can never be suppressed
But doubles up and overflows, creating "happiness"!
Joy one cannot imitate with just a smile, of course,
When it appears, it bubbles up and comes from its true source.

Joy is that which emanates as a rose comes into bloom --
Or a crowd in adulation feels a hush sweep through the room,
For one more thrilling encore -- and that feeling of delight
As we all receive the gift of joy to carry home that night.
Joy that springs from deep within, the music does awaken;
Symphonic sounds -- the medium -- swells joy within each patron.
