Could we but know that patience
is
Pure love that we express;
This precious gift to one and all
Brings only happiness.
If, by simply letting go,
The peace that floods the soul
Brings with it patience over all
Those rough spots to control.
Strength of spirit you will build
In self and others too;
Decide to practice patience now
On others and in you!
Strength of faith and confidence
Show definite increase
In us, and all of those who need
