Candles for Peace
Nor can a candle lose its light
When used to light another;
God grants to us no lesser glow
When willing to help each other.
Let candles number the stars in the sky
To encompass the whole round earth;
Each having received from the one before
The light of what world peace is worth.
A star that is brighter than all the rest
Leads angels to tell of His birth.
How wisdom and love, are God's gifts to us
And will lead us to make Peace on Earth!
From here to there and everywhere,
By lighting each candle for peace --
Giving thanks for the Light within each heart --
Makes this Christmas a Masterpiece!
